For client work: intellectual property rights for content created as part of our services will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our services utilise artificial intelligence to generate marketing content. While we strive for the highest quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain imperfections. We provide revisions as part of our service agreements to ensure client satisfaction.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication. Zynode Ltd is not liable for any claims arising from the use of approved content.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
• We accept bank transfer and major payment methods
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate
• All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynode Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver all completed work and assets
• Any advance payments for undelivered work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve posting content to third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.). We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' terms of service, algorithms, or policies that may affect the performance of content we create.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
